What webcam should I prepare?

Refer to Choosing a Camera.

Opstation is not detected by the computer

The Type-C cable may be damaged. Try another data-capable Type-C cable.
If still not recognized, contact support.

HMD is not detected by Opsens Studio

First check if SteamVR recognizes your HMD.
Launch SteamVR before launching Opsens-Studio.
If still not detected, restart your PC.

Virtual Trackers do not appear in SteamVR

Check if “opsens” is blocked in SteamVR Add-ons.
If blocked, unblock it and restart SteamVR.

A specific Opsensor is unstable

Low battery may cause unstable operation.
Replace the battery.

Opsensor FPS drops or becomes unstable

Change your Wi-Fi router’s channel or use the 5 GHz band for your PC/smartphone.

Can I wear Opsensors on the side or back of my body?

Yes, as long as the 2D markers remain visible to the camera.
